About the Department

The department covers both obstetric and gynecological outpatient and inpatient care, including maternity care, antenatal and postnatal care, gynecological surgeries, gynecological oncology care, and a broad range of gynecological clinic services. You will become part of a stable and motivated group of physicians. As a licensed resident physician, you will work rotating shifts at the clinic, labor ward, inpatient unit, and operating room. Duty shifts in the primary care line are included after the introduction period. You will be assigned a designated supervisor, scheduled for mentoring sessions, and undergo a 7-week introduction to the various parts of the department.

We are now looking for a specialty trainee (ST) physician in obstetrics and gynecology in Sundsvall. The position is a full-time temporary assignment for 6 months, with a potential possibility of permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Clinical duties as a resident physician.
• Duty shifts after completing the introduction period.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed physician.
• Has completed internship (AT) or basic training (BT) in Sweden.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has a valid B-class driver's license.
• Is available to work weekends.
• Is available to work days, evenings, and nights.
