We are looking for you who are already or want to become a restaurant employee and take your place at Bastard Burgers, to prepare and serve Sweden's best hamburgers. You are open to varied tasks and can take your place both in the kitchen and at the cash register. You love food and understand the importance of quality and food craftsmanship. As a restaurant employee at Bastard Burgers, you will work at a high pace, and therefore it is extra important that you understand that communication is crucial for smooth and fun teamwork. There will be stressful moments in a restaurant, but you handle them efficiently and with a solution-oriented mindset.

You have the right attitude and a lovely personality, where you understand that you are incredibly important for both the guests and your colleagues, so you come to work with good energy - just like the rest of the team. For you, it is a given that guests should receive the best service. Your CV is not as important as your willingness to work and develop together with us – we already have the knowledge and we are happy to teach it.

Qualifications and skills:

• Education requirements: None
• Experience requirements: None, but previous experience in the restaurant and service industry is an advantage.
• Language requirements: Speak English or Swedish. It is an advantage if you master both languages.
• We would like you to be cooperative, have a positive attitude, be committed to Bastard Burgers, and preferably have some familiarity with us from before!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• We would also prefer that you live in the immediate vicinity of the unit.
