Pepa Deli is a relaxed and modern restaurant concept. Here, guests are greeted with good food, a lovely atmosphere, and a service flow where simplicity, warmth, and quality are at the center.

About the Role

As service staff, you are an important part of the guest's experience. Pepa Deli operates on a fast-casual concept where guests order and pay at the bar, but service, presence, and guest contact remain very important parts of the experience.

Your role is to welcome guests, guide them through our concept and menu, help with orders, serve drinks, keep the premises clean and organized, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and professionalism
• explaining our concept and helping guests with their orders
• receiving orders and payments at the register
• serving drinks and assisting with simpler bar tasks
• recommending food, drinks, and suitable combinations
• ensuring guests feel seen even after ordering
• keeping the dining room, bar, stations, and outdoor seating clean and organized
• clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and preparing for new guests
• collaborating closely with the kitchen, bar, and other colleagues
• contributing to a smooth service flow even during high tempo

We are looking for someone who:

• is social, positive, and confident in interactions with people
• enjoys service and wants to give guests a great experience
• is responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• thrives in a fast-paced environment and can stay calm under pressure
• works well in a team and communicates effectively with colleagues
• is flexible and proactive in identifying what needs to be done
• has an interest in food, drinks, and the restaurant industry
• has previous experience in restaurants, cafés, bars, or service (preferred)

Previous experience in serving, cash handling, or bar work is an advantage, but the right personality, willingness to learn, and a strong guest focus are equally important.
