Spritzo Bar in Linköping is now looking for a new team member.

Spritzo is part of the Pepa Deli family and is located on the floor above Pepa Deli. It is a modern and relaxed bar concept focusing on great cocktails, a pleasant atmosphere, and personal hospitality. At our bar, guests are met with energy, presence, and a service experience where both details and the overall impression are important.

About the role

As a bartender with us, you are a central part of the guest experience. You work behind the bar, welcome guests, take orders, mix drinks, serve beverages, and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the venue.

The role requires you to be confident in your interactions with people, able to work efficiently at a high pace while maintaining quality, structure, and professional conduct.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Welcome guests with warmth, energy, and professionalism
• Receive orders and handle payments
• Mix and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic alternatives
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Prepare the bar before service
• Actively engage in upselling and guest interaction
• Collaborate closely with service staff, the kitchen, and other colleagues
• Contribute to a smooth workflow even during high-pressure periods
• Follow routines regarding responsible alcohol service, hygiene, and safety

Previous experience as a bartender is an advantage, but the right personality, willingness to learn, and a strong guest focus are equally important.
