Glindrans Gård, a conventional dairy farm located in Björkvik, is now looking for its next machine operator and a stockperson with a focus on milking.

The farm is situated between Katrineholm, Nyköping, and Norrköping. The operation is built on long-term relationships, commitment, and a shared drive for efficiency, especially during intensive periods such as harvest. Here, you will become part of a tight-knit team consisting of five employees in animal husbandry and five in crop production and machinery service.

The farm is owned and run by Per, Camilla, and Ida, who offer a family-oriented workplace with the possibility of on-farm housing.

About the Positions

Stockperson (Dairy)
As a stockperson, your main responsibility will be milking. We have approximately 250 milking cows and use a milking parlor (double 10a fishbone configuration). Milking takes place three times a day.

Machine Operator
As a machine operator, you will enjoy a varied daily routine involving all types of tractor tasks related to crop production. Duties include plowing, harrowing, sowing, straw baling, threshing, working with a Butterfly implement, BigM mowing, operating a loader, spreading fertilizer with a slurry tanker, as well as transport and feeding with a mixer wagon.

We are looking for a Stockperson who:

• Has experience with milking
• Has a good eye for animals
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish or English

We are looking for a Machine Operator who:

• Has a tractor license
• Has experience in agricultural work
• Is meticulous in feed handling and can work both independently and in a team
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish or English

Qualifications that are a plus for the Machine Operator:

• Pesticide application certificate (Sprutcertifikat)
• Experience with GPS navigation
• Experience with feeding using a mixer wagon
• Knowledge of machinery service
