Bertils Renoveringsfirma / Woltan AB is an established construction company based in Limhamn. We primarily work with insurance damages, restorations, and renovations for private individuals in Malmö and the surrounding area.

We are a small company with short decision-making paths, close collaboration, and a strong focus on quality, order, and satisfied customers.

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced all-round handyman who feels confident in several areas of building services. You do not need to be a specialist in everything, but you should be curious, solution-oriented, and ready to help where needed.

The work is varied, and you will often follow projects through several different stages. This suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility for a good final result and do not want to do exactly the same task every day.

Examples of Tasks

• Demolition and restoration after insurance damages
• Carpentry, kitchen installation, and flooring
• Plastering, painting, and wallpapering
• Tiling and bathroom renovations, if you have that experience
• Customer contact, photography, and documentation via mobile phone

We believe you

• Have several years of experience in building services or renovation work
• Are self-motivated, reliable, and quality-conscious
• Can work both independently and together with colleagues
• Are good at planning your work and solving problems as they arise
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Are comfortable using your mobile phone for photos, documentation, and time reporting
• Hold a B-driver's license for a manual transmission car

Experience with tiling is particularly advantageous, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have a broad practical foundation and a desire to continue developing.
