The Medical Clinic in Ljungby consists of approximately 150 employees from various professions. Here, inpatient and specialized care within internal medicine is provided. We offer a robust operation, safe care, proud employees, and together we create the best medical clinic!

We are now looking for an engaged and driven diabetes nurse to strengthen our team at the clinic!

Job Description

As a diabetes nurse with us, you work from a health-promoting and disease-preventive perspective, but also in acute situations. You are an important part of an engaged team. With us, you are offered a diverse and exciting daily routine, with a balance between patient contact and administrative tasks. You meet patients of different ages and in different life situations, which means a fun and varied work.

The tasks include, among other things, independent outpatient work and assessment clinics. You will handle care planning, support for self-care, follow-up of patients, and prescription of consumables within diabetes care.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to work in medical outpatient care. It is meritorious if you have worked as a diabetes nurse previously.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and service-oriented, and you treat both patients and colleagues in a respectful and professional manner.

You have good communication skills, are accustomed to working in various IT systems, and have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability.
