We are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer who wants to drive development projects where technology, analysis, and improvement work are in focus. About the role As a Maintenance Engineer at Qestio, you work on developing and optimizing industrial maintenance operations. The role is broad and varied, involving leading and participating in projects aimed at strengthening our customers' operational reliability, productivity, and profitability. The tasks vary between assignments and may include:

• Leading development and improvement projects.
• Conducting preliminary studies and analyses.
• Developing technical solutions and decision-making support materials.
• Developing customer working methods within maintenance and productivity.
• Conducting training and supporting customer organizations.
• Contributing to quotation work and the development of Qestio's services.

The position is based in Borlänge, and we are primarily looking for someone who lives within commuting distance. Your profile We are looking for you who have several years of experience in maintenance, production, or technical improvement work within the industry. You likely have an engineering degree as a foundation or equivalent experience from working life. You feel confident in maintenance methodology, production development, and operational reliability, and have preferably worked in maintenance systems such as SAP, IFS, Maximo, or similar. As a person, you are curious and solution-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility, building trust, and creating long-term relationships. You appreciate working close to the customer and are driven by finding solutions that make a real difference.
