About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced warehouse worker for our client in Malmö, who operates within the food production industry. The position is located in the logistics department, where you will become a vital part of the internal flow and ensure that materials and products are handled efficiently throughout the entire operation.

The work takes place in a food environment with high demands for quality, hygiene, safety, and precision. You will be handling meat products and using a forklift as a central part of your daily work. The tasks include, among other things, forklift driving, internal material handling, loading and unloading, as well as other warehouse and logistics-related tasks connected to the production.

The work involves working in cold storage and freezer environments, meaning you need to be comfortable working at lower temperatures.

Working hours are Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00.

Responsibilities

• Forklift driving
• Handling of incoming and outgoing goods
• Batch handling
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Working in various systems (Excel, Lean, 5S)

Profile & Background

We are looking for you who have previous experience in warehouse work and forklift driving, especially with counterbalance forklifts (B1) and stand-on stackers (B2). You also have experience working with warehouse flows and thrive in a logistics-oriented operation where structure and efficiency are a natural part of the work.

If you also have experience from food production or other operations with high demands on quality, hygiene, and sustainability, we consider it a merit. You understand the importance of structured working methods and following routines to ensure an efficient and safe flow throughout the operation.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and thrive working in a structured, physical, and fast-paced work environment. You have a good safety mindset and contribute with positive engagement in the daily work. You collaborate easily, are quality-conscious, and contribute to the work being performed in an efficient and sustainable manner.

Requirements

• Valid forklift license (A1–A4 and B1–B4)
• 1–2 years of documented experience in forklift driving (B1)
• Experience working in warehouses and food production
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Category B driver's license
• Previous experience with warehouse flows is a merit
