The company employs approximately 100 people and operates across several European countries, with its own production facility in Denmark. Headquartered in Kolding.

Wikan Personal is assisting us in finding a new colleague based at our site in Arlöv. The majority of the work takes place in Skåne (Southern Sweden) and on Zealand (Själland) in Denmark, but travel throughout Sweden may be required.

Your Responsibilities

We offer a varied role combining C-class driver and fitter/installer duties. The work is primarily outdoors, where you will load materials alongside colleagues and drive to various job sites to assemble steel structures according to customer specifications.

Using technical drawings with detailed measurements and cladding descriptions, you will carry out assembly work as part of a team. The role also includes loading and unloading using the vehicle-mounted crane.

This is a full-time position with daytime hours Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00. Overtime and shifted schedules may occur. Most assignments are located in Skåne and Zealand, but domestic travel within Sweden is part of the role. Through internal training, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of our products and tasks.

Your Background & Qualities

To thrive in this role, you must be physically fit, as heavy lifting is part of the daily work. Flexibility for frequent business travel is also essential.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven, and enjoys working in small teams. Experience in carpentry, sheet metal work, or similar trades is advantageous. Basic ability to read technical drawings is required.

Requirements & Merits

A valid B- and C-class driver’s license is mandatory, along with a crane operator certificate/license. Experience with lifting equipment and forklift operation is a plus.
