Our client is a well-known postal and logistics company. They offer standard services for parcels, pallets, and express deliveries, as well as various logistics solutions for system transport, third-party logistics, and forwarding.

As a warehouse assistant, you will work with parcel sorting, loading and unloading trucks, and other miscellaneous tasks common in a warehouse or terminal. The work is physically demanding, as it involves handling large packages to be loaded onto and unloaded from trucks.

For this position, the working hours are either 08:00–12:45, 10:00–12:25, 12:25–20:45, 16:00–20:45, or night shifts from 00:00–07:30. We prefer that you can work at least 2–3 shifts per week. These shifts are usually booked with short notice. During peak periods such as Black Friday or other campaigns, there may be more shifts than usual.

In this assignment, you have the opportunity to influence the days you want to work, as you input your availability directly into our system. This allows you to combine work with your studies or other main commitments. This is a consultancy position, meaning you will be employed by StudentConsulting but work on-site at our client’s location in Toftanäs.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for students or individuals with another main occupation of at least 50%. You must be enrolled in studies for at least the next 1.5 years. We value flexibility, a strong work ethic, and drive. Since the work is physically demanding, we look for candidates with good physical fitness who are not afraid to get hands-on when needed. Previous experience in terminal or warehouse work is a plus.

Furthermore, proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
