Temporary Salesperson / Distributor for Pågen in Helsingborg

Pågen is now looking for a sales-oriented distributor for a fixed-term position with a B or C driver’s license, primarily on Saturdays and as needed. As part of the team, you will join Sweden’s largest sales force, supplying stores and consumers across the country with fresh bread every day.

What does the role entail?

In your role within Pågen’s sales force, your primary responsibility will be to visit our customers and stores, ensuring they are stocked with our fresh, high-quality products. You will become part of an engaged team but work independently to drive sales in the stores you cover. This temporary position is both varied and dynamic, combining sales and distribution tasks. You will have numerous contact points, primarily with the customers you visit, as well as with your colleagues. Focused on business performance and results, we share a common goal of getting a little better every day.

• Visit our customers to replenish shelves with our fresh products.
• Create conditions for successful in-store sales.
• Plan and execute sales activities/campaigns, as well as follow up on results.

This is a fixed-term position with an immediate start.

Who are you?

As a temporary employee, it is important that you are available to work both weekdays and some weekends. To succeed and thrive in this role, you should be social, enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take significant ownership, and be proactive in building trust. You are driven by working towards set goals and achieving results. Flexibility, strong planning skills, and structure are essential, with a focus on quality and efficiency in all aspects of your work.

You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. The position requires a valid B or C driver’s license (YKB). Experience in retail and sales, preferably within the food industry, is highly valued.
