Are you a detail-oriented and solution-focused person who thrives in a varied work environment? Do you have experience with warehousing and forklift driving, but also appreciate administrative tasks? Then this might be the job for you!

In this role, you will combine practical warehouse work with administrative duties. The majority of the work consists of forklift driving and material handling, but approximately a quarter of the position involves administration. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to switch between the warehouse floor and the computer.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Forklift driving and cargo handling.
• Registering and following up on defect lists.
• Reporting on deliveries and discrepancies, such as vehicle arrival times.
• Basic administration in business systems.
• Handling emails and printing documents.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure an efficient logistics flow.

You will be a vital part of the team and have the opportunity to influence working methods and contribute new ideas.

Working Hours:

The position is scheduled for evening and night shifts with working hours 22:30–07:00. Some rotation occurs where the shift may extend until 08:00.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who:

• Hold a forklift license and have experience in forklift operation.
• Enjoy combining warehouse work with administrative tasks.
• Have basic computer skills and are comfortable working in various systems.
• Have proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Are detail-oriented, responsible, and structured.
• Have good teamwork skills and contribute a positive attitude.
• Can provide two references.

We would appreciate previous experience from the warehouse or logistics industry, but we place the greatest emphasis on your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take responsibility.
