Terranor Norvia AB is a leading player in transport services, with specialized expertise in the operation and maintenance of state and municipal roads. We offer a wide range of services, including the transport of equipment, excavated materials, asphalt, and building materials, as well as specialized traffic safety work using TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator) vehicles. We are currently looking for three new colleagues to join our team in Malmö, as we have won a new contract and will be launching operations in collaboration with our parent company, Terranor AB.
About the Role
You will primarily drive a four-axle swap body truck. The tasks vary throughout the year: gravel road maintenance, plowing, and preventive salting with on-call duty in winter; asphalt and gravel driving in summer; TMA driving year-round; and machine relocation.
Working hours vary from Monday to Sunday, and night shifts are included. We plan working hours in dialogue with you and always adhere to current working time regulations and the Transport Agreement. Through local agreements, you can choose to maximize your working hours during the summer or winter, in exchange for longer continuous periods of leave during the rest of the year.
You will be based in Malmö, but work in other locations in Skåne and the surrounding area is also part of the role. You will work in a team of three drivers across two trucks, so you will normally have colleagues to share tasks with. Some work is performed outside the truck, and reporting is done digitally.
What We Offer
A strong team of competent colleagues. A gender-equal workplace with 40% women, an average age of 38, and an age range of 19 to 63. A new fleet – you will primarily drive Volvo FH models from 2024 onwards, though other models are also available. A 6-month probation period, followed by a permanent position. Salary and working hours according to the Transport Agreement.
Requirements
- CE Driver's License
- YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
Qualifications That Are Meritorious
- APV 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 2.1, 2.2
- Experience with swap body trucks, road maintenance, winter road maintenance, or construction work
Who We Are
We are Terranor Norvia AB, a subsidiary of Terranor AB and part of the publicly traded Terranor Group. Together, we are working to become the leading provider of road maintenance in the Nordic region – which is why we call ourselves Norvia, the road of the North.
Start date: Immediately or as agreed. Selection is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
