Production Team Member for Manufacturing Industry

We are currently looking for several production team members for an established industrial operation. Here, you will have the opportunity to become part of a company with high production tempo, strong team spirit, and good development opportunities.

About the Role

The work varies depending on which department you are assigned to.

In one department, you will work closely with your colleagues in production, where collaboration and communication are crucial for efficient and safe workflow. The tasks are practical and hands-on, where you, together with the team, are responsible for manufacturing products according to drawings and instructions.

In another department, you will work more closely with processes and machinery. Here, you will monitor production flows, handle material replenishment, and ensure that machines and automated processes function correctly. This role suits you if you thrive in a technical environment and enjoy keeping track of multiple tasks simultaneously.

The position is based on a two-shift system.

The position starts with TopWork with the goal of the candidate eventually transitioning to employment with the client. As a consultant at TopWork, you will have a consultant manager who supports you in your assignment with the client. We provide advice and recommendations on how you can develop in your work.
