About the Role

As a production worker, you will work in production manufacturing precast concrete elements. Here, teamwork is essential, and we ensure that new colleagues are quickly onboarded and supported. You will become part of a tight-knit team where collaboration, responsibility, and quality are crucial in daily operations.

The tasks vary depending on the department and production needs, but may include among others:

• Formwork construction
• Reinforcement
• Pouring of concrete elements
• Post-processing
• Quality control
• Reading drawings and working according to instructions

About the Factory in Vislanda

Vislanda is the heart of our production in Småland – with two factories that together offer a unique breadth in what we manufacture and the career opportunities available. Here, we work with everything from agricultural products to railway sleepers and walls for residential and public buildings. We want our factories in Vislanda to be a place where you can grow – whether you are new to the profession or have extensive experience. Commuting options are available by bus from Växjö, Alvesta, and Ljungby.
