RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for fitters for one of our client companies in Växjö for evening shifts from Monday to Thursday, starting after the summer. You will work in a modern industrial environment where the focus is on assembling products with high quality, precision, and attention to detail.

The work consists mainly of manual assembly where you follow instructions and work with various components in a structured production process. Some tasks may also include simple checks and quality assurance to ensure that finished products meet the required standards.

You work independently in your assignment, but are also part of a team where collaboration, responsibility, and communication are important in daily work.

PERSONAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a practical background, either through education or previous work in industry, workshop, production, wood, or metal. Experience in assembly or other practical work is meritorious but not a requirement.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy working practically. You have a positive attitude, like to collaborate, and are not afraid to learn new things. You follow instructions well and have an eye for quality in what you do.

Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required as the work involves instructions and safety procedures.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of Fitter is a full-time consultancy assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB to work as a consultant for our client.
