About the position

As a C-class driver here, you will work with driving and operating a dry vacuum cleaner within SSAB's industrial area. The dry vacuum is used to suck up dry material such as dust, slag, and other by-products from the production environment. The work is both physically demanding and varied – it takes place both indoors and outdoors in tough industrial environments that are often dirty and noisy.

Responsibilities:

• Independent driving and operation of the dry vacuum cleaner
• Cleaning production areas from dust and material residues
• Simple maintenance and supervision of the equipment
• Collaboration with colleagues and other personnel in the area
• Carefully follow safety routines and occupational health regulations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have:

Requirements:

• C-class driver's license (required)
• YKB (professional competence certificate) and driver card (required)
• Good physical fitness – the work is physically demanding
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• No problem working in dirty industrial environments

Merits:

• CE qualification and ADR are meritorious
• Previous experience in industrial work is a plus

As a person, you are reliable, responsible, and present in your work. You take responsibility for your tasks, step up for your colleagues when needed, and ensure that the work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner. You are unpretentious, thrive in a social and service-oriented work environment, and have no problem getting your hands dirty where required. If you also have an interest in the environment and technology, it is a big plus.

We are looking for you who are either new to the industry or have worked in something similar before. It is not your experience that determines, but you as a person.
