We are looking for a Team Leader who will be placed with one of our clients, responsible for coaching, following up on, and supporting our consultants in their daily work.

You will be the natural link between our consultants, the client, and our staffing agency, actively working to ensure high well-being, attendance, and performance. The role involves close collaboration with the client's team leader, who is responsible for operational management.

About the Role

As a Team Leader with us, you will be placed with one of our clients in the industry and logistics sector, with responsibility for our consultants on-site.

In this role, you will coach, follow up on, and support our consultants in their daily work while ensuring high well-being, attendance, and performance. You act as the natural link between our consultants, the client, and our staffing agency, contributing to creating long-term and successful partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Coach, support, and motivate our consultants in their daily work.

• Monitor performance, attendance, and well-being of our consultants.

• Serve as the daily contact between the consultants, the client's team leader, and our staffing agency.

• Responsible for onboarding new consultants and handing them over to the client's organization.

• Work with follow-up, feedback, and development of our consultants.

• Contribute to high delivery quality and good relationships with the client's operational management.

• Identify potential challenges and work proactively on solutions together with the consultant and the client.

• Collaborate closely with the client's team leader and our internal organization.

Qualifications

• Experience working in warehousing and logistics.

• Previous experience in team leadership or personnel responsibility is required.

• Good ability to coach, motivate, and follow up on employees.

• Structured and solution-oriented with good collaboration skills.

• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good computer skills.

• Valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
