Insitepart is an operations and competence partner within logistics. We have a clear focus on delivering the market's most efficient operational solutions within retail and e-commerce. We are currently looking for a Production Manager for our assignment at the e-pharmacy in Eskilstuna.

Your Responsibilities

As Production Manager, you are responsible for daily operations and ensuring production meets set goals. You have 4 direct reporting Team Leaders at your disposal, as well as personnel responsibility for a group of approximately 45 employees within the e-pharmacy's operations. You are employed by Insitepart and work based on Insitepart's operational concept together with other leaders.

This is a role for you who is a confident and experienced leader who thrives close to the operations, is used to leading people, and has worked with the full breadth of personnel responsibility over time (e.g., work environment issues, staffing planning, rehabilitation cases, and employee interviews).

As a leader, you are expected to lead your group to good results by continuously monitoring operations and creating the right conditions for both performance and well-being. You report to the Operations Manager for Insitepart, who is responsible for customer and operational responsibility. In your role, you collaborate with Insitepart's team for operational support regarding continuous improvements and other needs for the operations.

You will:

  • Lead and coach Team Leaders and create structure, clarity, and direction in daily work
  • Drive a present leadership style where you build engagement, responsibility, and joy in work within your group
  • Work with staffing, follow-up, absence, and rehabilitation, and ensure a sustainable work environment
  • Contribute to efficient warehouse operations and maintain cost awareness
  • Be responsible for continuous improvement and work environment work, and promote a good work climate within your areas of responsibility
  • Contribute to alignment and good communication between all parties on-site
  • Follow up and deliver results and KPIs according to plan
Who You Are

We are looking for you who have an interest and experience in logistics from an industrial or warehouse environment, and who is primarily a confident, clear, and present leader with experience in leading people.

You believe that sustainable results are created through engaged employees, and you are skilled at creating structure, following up on expectations, and building a work climate where both performance and well-being have a place. Your communication is clear, unpretentious, and helps messages reach the organization.

You thrive in a daily routine with high tempo and clear demands, and you stand firm even when things get tough. You are used to taking responsibility, acting professionally in difficult personnel matters, and driving consistent leadership that creates stability in the group.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in personnel responsibility, with good familiarity with personnel processes such as employee interviews, rehabilitation, work environment work, and holiday planning.
  • Previous experience in logistics and warehouse operations
  • Experience working with the warehouse and e-commerce agreement
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • We would appreciate if you have prior experience working with an automation facility
