We are now looking for a secure, clear, and present Unit Manager for our operations in Eskilstuna. We are looking for you who want to lead and develop the operations with a focus on people, quality, and stable traffic delivery.
About the Role
As Unit Manager, you have overall responsibility for your unit and lead and develop the staff group with a coaching and present leadership style. You are responsible for personnel, staff balance, working environment, and competence development, as well as for monitoring the unit's economy, quality, and traffic delivery.
You work close to the operations and are expected to lead by example, create clarity, and ensure that the company's values, goals, and ways of working are well anchored in the organization.
In the role, you are responsible for, among other things:
- Leading, coaching, and developing employees within the unit
- Ensuring the right staff balance and being responsible for recruitment, induction, and termination of employment
- Monitoring the unit's budget, costs, and relevant key performance indicators
- Monitoring traffic delivery and ensuring that agreed requirements and quality goals are met
- Working with sick leave, rehabilitation, and preventive measures
- Conducting employee interviews and planning for the continued development of employees
- Planning and monitoring mandatory training
- Actively working with quality, environment, and working environment
- Building an inclusive culture with a strong sense of team, clarity, and engagement
- Supporting operations operationally in case of disruptions or other acute situations if needed
We are looking for you who
- Have experience of personnel responsibility and operational workforce management
- Are a secure and clear leader with the ability to coach and develop others
- Have good communication skills and can adapt your message to the target group
- Have experience of working environment work, rehabilitation, and personnel issues
We would like you to have experience of passenger transport or traffic management. If you also have experience of environmental and quality work, as well as a D-driving license with a valid YKB or taxi driver's license, it is an advantage.
