ALTEN in Linköping is now looking for more Production Technicians, Quality Engineers, and Preparers for exciting assignments with our clients in the manufacturing industry. We are looking for you who thrive on technical challenges, want to develop in your professional role, and are curious about new industries and methods. Examples of what you as an engineer with a focus on production can work with are LEAN work, project management, work instructions, driving changes in the production process, continuous improvement work, and flow optimization.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have the following experience:

• At least a bachelor's degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, production technology, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant area, for example as a production technician, preparer, or quality engineer
• Swedish citizenship and a cleared background check according to FMV guidelines are a requirement for the position.

Meritorious:

• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in assembly or CNC
• Experience in mechanics, electronics, or other adjacent areas
• Experience with DELMIA or similar preparation modules
• Experience with IFS ERP
• Experience with SAP
• Previous experience in production technology or preparation
