To the fast-growing staffing and recruitment company Nkraft, we are now looking for several experienced steel fitters for ongoing and upcoming assignments in Luleå.

About the role

As a steel fitter, you will work with the assembly and installation of steel structures within construction and industrial projects. The tasks may vary depending on the project and previous experience.

We offer several different working hours and shift patterns depending on the assignment, including:

• 7/7 shifts (week-on/week-off)
• Monday–Thursday
• Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Assembly of steel structures and steel details
• Assembly and adaptation according to drawings and instructions
• Work with various types of construction and industrial assembly
• Collaboration with other professional groups on the job site

We are looking for you who

• Have previous experience working as a steel fitter or similar assembly work
• Can provide relevant references from previous employers or assignments
• Are self-motivated, responsible, and meticulous
• Have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team
• Have a strong safety mindset and are accustomed to working on construction or industrial sites

No specific certificates are required for the position, but relevant training, qualifications, and experience in assembly, construction, or industry are meritorious.
