For our upcoming store opening in Vällingby C, we are now looking for a Store Manager.

What does the role entail?

As Store Manager, you are responsible for the store's sales, results, and personnel. You coach your team, plan the work, follow up on key figures, and ensure that the store maintains Panduro's high standards – both visually and in customer interaction. You lead both in daily operations and for the long term, with a focus on development and profitability.

Who are you?

• You are a confident and engaged leader who is passionate about creating results together with your team.
• You coach, motivate, and develop your employees to achieve the store's goals.
• You are structured and have an eye for both numbers and customer experience – you know how to run a store with both heart and business acumen.
• You have previous experience as a manager in retail, preferably from a retail chain.

Employment type & scope

The position is a permanent employment with a desired start date of October 5th. It is a full-time position and a 6-month probation period applies.
