We are looking for an Operations Manager for our Cold Counter!

As an Operations Manager in our Cold Counter, you play a key role in the daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you will create an inspiring department with high quality, good profitability, and a top-class customer experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations and planning in the cold counter.
• Lead, inspire, and support the team in their daily work.
• Develop assortment, menus, and seasonal products.
• Ensure high quality, good food hygiene, and an attractive customer offer.
• Work actively with sales, waste reduction, profitability, and continuous improvements.
• Ensure the department is well-stocked, inspiring, and welcoming to our customers.

You report to the Sales Manager for Manual Points and are part of a team where collaboration, engagement, and development are a natural part of everyday life.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in food, service, and sales.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and takes initiative.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritize when necessary.
• Has experience from retail, cold counter, restaurant, or similar operations.
• Is creative and curious to try new things.
• Has experience with calculation and recipe programs.
• Is accustomed to working towards set goals and is driven by creating good results.

Scope:

• Full-time.
• Varying working hours, weekdays, and work every fourth weekend.
• 6-month probation period.
