We at Arena Personal are currently looking for a Supervisor for an exciting assignment with one of our clients in the logistics industry. About the role

As a Supervisor, you play a central role in daily operations, responsible for leading, supporting, and developing your team. You work closely with the operations to ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

You will have personnel responsibility for a team consisting of both administrative and operational staff, and you will be part of the local management group. The role involves close collaboration with other leaders, where you jointly drive the business forward and work on continuous improvements.

We are looking for someone who

• Is structured and finds it easy to plan, prioritize, and follow up on work.

• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and has a positive drive.

We would appreciate if you have

• Experience from logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing operations.

• Good administrative skills and experience working with various business and reporting systems.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
