Job Description

Working at the dialysis clinic combines technology and nursing in a unique way, involving independent management of patient treatment and care. In addition to patient care, where each nurse has specific nursing responsibility for a number of their own patients, every employee also has specific tasks aimed at improving the quality of nursing and medical care. We expect you to actively participate in operational development, take personal responsibility, and work with us towards our goals.

We believe that collaboration between our clinics and the ward develops our operations and offers the opportunity to work shifts on the ward as well, depending on interest, experience, and need.

As a nurse, you will work with among other things:

• Preparing, planning, and performing dialysis treatments.
• Monitoring patients during dialysis treatment.
• Administration of medication.
• Administrative tasks.
• Patient nursing.

The position involves 20% working hours during on-call duties (OB).

Qualifications

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are self-reliant, flexible, structured, see the big picture, consider the broader perspective, and have good collaboration skills.

As a nurse, you must be a licensed nurse. Experience with dialysis work is considered an advantage.
