You will be part of a technical team responsible for operations, development, and customer deliveries. The work takes place close to the data center environment, focusing on delivering stable and scalable solutions within a culture characterized by high technical competence and strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with the operational operations of Miss Group's data centers. You will be involved in ensuring stability and availability in a business-critical environment where high demands are placed on reliability.

You will work both reactively and proactively, from troubleshooting and incident management to improving workflows, automating processes, and optimizing infrastructure over time. The role has a clear focus on Windows Server environments and networking, but also encompasses a holistic perspective on operations and development.

You will become a key part of the team, contributing to creating long-term sustainable solutions and improved operational efficiency.

Examples of tasks:

• Operations, maintenance, and further development of Windows Server and Linux-based environments
• Ensuring high availability, redundancy, and stability in the data center environment
• Incident management and troubleshooting at the 2nd/3rd line level
• Automation and improvement of operational processes
• Documentation of solutions, routines, and workflows

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Experience with Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Hyper-V, or equivalent)
• Good understanding of IT operations, availability, and security
• Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating in data center and/or large IT environments
• Basic knowledge of Linux

You have an analytical approach and can prioritize in a mission-critical environment where multiple events occur in parallel. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, contributing experience from operations, support, and change management. With a strong technical interest, you naturally see opportunities for efficiency improvements, and you are communicative, receptive, and share knowledge clearly.
