Job Responsibilities

Standard duties as an ST physician at a health center.

The duties include reception work – planned and emergency visits – assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients of all ages. Staffing the joint emergency center within the region is included (approx. 1 month/year).

We offer a good educational environment with access to collegial supervision in daily work and close collaboration with your supervisor. Scheduled supervision time every week, as well as continuous supervision beyond that. You have good contact with the study director and great opportunities to influence the content of your ST training together with your supervisor.

Our duties also include elderly care homes, HSV patients, as well as Child Health Care (BVC) and Maternal Health Care (MVC).

Qualifications

• Licensed physician with eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare.
• Completed and approved AT/BT (Internship/Basic Training).
• Primary care experience is desirable, as is experience with the Cosmic medical records system, but regardless of background, you will receive an introduction tailored to you.
• Strong interest in general medicine and you see your future as a general specialist.
• You thrive in an environment with an open atmosphere where the work is patient-focused.
• You can work independently while collaborating closely with everyone in the team to provide the best care for patients.
• Fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written, are required.

Personal Qualities

You are driven by quality in your work and are a good team player in the entire health center team. You have a good ability to listen and are meticulous. Great importance will be placed on personal qualities.

Other Information

The position is full-time, but the extent can be adjusted by agreement.
