We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a licensed dentist with good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, corresponding to at least level C1. It is meritorious if you have experience working within orofacial medicine, hospital dentistry, or similar areas. Knowledge of the medical record systems VAS, Carita, and Cosmic is also seen as an asset.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you have good empathetic abilities and meet patients with sensitivity and respect. You are flexible and adapt easily to changed conditions at work. Furthermore, you have good cooperation skills and are stable in your professional role.

What you will work with

Our mission is to provide healthcare to the residents of Norrbotten within the fields of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Orofacial Medicine. We are located at Sunderby Hospital and are part of the Division of Operative and Diagnostic Services, and are part of the business area that includes Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), Ophthalmology, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. You will be part of a team with dedicated employees who belong to the county's center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Orofacial Medicine. The specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery diagnoses and treats diseases, injuries, and defects in the oral cavity, jaws, face, and adjacent areas. The specialty of Orofacial Medicine diagnoses and treats oral medical conditions and performs medical dental and oral care. With us, you will have a varied job. We have a team spirit where we, together with oral and maxillofacial surgeons, dentists, dental nurses, dental hygienists, unit managers, and medical secretaries, work to provide patients with good care and accessibility. Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position, daytime hours. Start date is by agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the last application date.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
