About the job

Position: Temporary position, 30 hours per week until 2029-01-15.

Start date: 2026-08-24 or by agreement.

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends occur as a natural part of the work.

We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Working Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the bakery department.

You put the finishing touches on the customer experience

You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, which is why you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so that the customer finds their way in the store. You ensure that the customer leaves happy – and preferably with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:

• Ensure that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
• Work with baking and production of everything from sourdough bread to princess cakes.
• Handle customer orders, restock products, and create a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness.
• Contribute to offering our customers a fresh and inspiring bakery department.
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help out where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly "hello" and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a strong interest in baking? Super! If you have previous experience from a bakery or patisserie – even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school education and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since our customers speak more languages, it is fantastic if you do too.
• Have previous experience/education in bakery or patisserie, which is considered an asset.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged.
• Enjoy working together and contribute energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, notice when something needs to be done, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
