To our store in Gällivare, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At Systembolaget, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 65% full-time, and working hours may vary.

In your role as a Sales Associate with Category Responsibility

Work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a sales associate, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of teamwork, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the common tasks of a sales associate, you have a specific category responsibility (for example, for red wine, white wine, or beer), which means that you:

• Maintain the category representation according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Are responsible for the assortment, logistics, selection, and exposure, as well as analyzing shrinkage and suggesting measures.
• Continuously share knowledge regarding your category with other employees.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years or older) to serve our customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until closing time.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible attitude, a curious approach to learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

Experience from retail, service industry, and/or food and beverage is considered an advantage.
