Your responsibilities

Do you have experience in industrial production and thrive in a role where quality, technology, and precision are at the center? We are now looking for an experienced machine operator for a market-leading manufacturer of innovative products designed to prevent water damage in properties. You will become part of a modern production operation where high quality requirements, safety, and a structured approach permeate daily work. We are looking for someone who is confident in the role of machine operator and has experience working in a manufacturing industry where production speed and quality go hand in hand. As a machine operator, you are responsible for ensuring that production runs efficiently and with high quality. Your main tasks include:

• Operation, monitoring, and optimization of production machines
• Settings and adjustments to ensure stable production
• Quality control according to established procedures
• Troubleshooting and resolving minor operational disruptions
• Ongoing maintenance, cleaning, and supervision of machines
• Contributing to order, safety, and continuous improvements in production

What we are looking for

We are looking for you who have documented experience as a machine operator or from another manufacturing industry and who feel comfortable in a production environment with high demands on quality and efficiency. To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have previous experience as a machine operator or a similar role in the manufacturing industry
• Have good technical understanding and an interest in production equipment
• Are accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility for your machine and production
• Have experience identifying deviations and solving minor technical problems
• Are meticulous, quality-conscious, and work in a structured manner even at a high pace
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Are available to work shifts as the business operates during day, evening, and night
