CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million private individuals and companies in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues for Upplands Väsby and Märsta.

We are looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Enjoy physical work.
• Are comfortable driving vehicles for which you have a driver's license/permit (bicycle, moped, car).

It is an advantage if you have a B-driver's license or a moped permit. It is also an advantage if you have experience from similar work, but for us, your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail and attitude towards work, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does the workday look like?

The operations are open on weekdays without holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00–16:30.

• The workday begins with preparing the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages.
• Thereafter, the delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use electric bicycles during delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, and regular bicycle depending on which delivery round you have for the day.
• When all letters and packages have been delivered, you ride back to the office and finish with administration and preparation for the next day's work together with your colleagues.

Employment type

The position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work with varying hours and scope, depending on the day and need. We would like you to be available to work up to full-time during daytime. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, the employment begins with an introduction.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 SEK (incl. 12% holiday pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK (excl. 12% holiday pay).
