Position: Picking Supervisor

Are you an independent and engaged person with a clear sense of structure? Do you also have many years of experience as a picking supervisor and in logistics, with ambitions to develop the organization in this area?

About the Position

We are looking for an independent and structured Picking Supervisor for our picking department with experience in warehouse work. You will play a central role in optimizing our picking process and ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

As we are transitioning to handheld computers, experience with this technology is a merit.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and be responsible for order picking for customers, including grocery, chilled, and frozen services.
• Collaborate with the picking team to minimize errors.
• Handle incoming goods and perform other warehouse tasks.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker in a leading position with responsibility for other employees or in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is mandatory.
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, as all safety regulations are in Swedish.
• Meticulous, responsible, and with strong planning skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in both chilled and frozen environments.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 23:00, but may vary due to various circumstances such as holidays and similar.
