As a store employee with responsibility for the dairy department, you will take significant personal responsibility to ensure our customers can find what they are looking for. You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and sales-oriented, and that the dairy section is clean and tidy. Together with the Team Manager, you will place orders and ensure that the department meets its sales and profitability targets. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interaction, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You will become an important part of the chain towards an inspiring store experience.

Who are you?

We expect you to be food-interested and enjoy working with customers and sales in this role. You work well in a team, are detail-oriented and quality-conscious, and you enjoy a fast-paced environment. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. You are service- and result-oriented, with an eye for both details and the big picture.

Working hours: Varied shifts between mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Scope: Approx. 30 hours/week
