We are looking for someone with experience interpreting technical drawings and several years of experience in setting up, operating, and supervising CNC machines. You are accustomed to performing quality control and developing efficient machining strategies. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required to succeed in this role.

Your role at Marten

At Marten, you will prepare and optimize CAM programs for CNC machining. You will be responsible for setting up, running, and supervising CNC-controlled machines used for wood processing. A central part of the job involves reading and interpreting drawings and production documentation to ensure work is carried out correctly and according to specifications. You will ensure that machining strategies and tool selection contribute to achieving the highest possible quality and efficiency in production. Your role also includes performing quality checks, verifying dimensions and finishes on machined products, participating in process development and improvement, and taking responsibility for the daily maintenance of machines and tools.

Are you the right person for us?

In this role, you are responsible for the entire chain from drawings and CAM preparation to the finished part on the CNC machine. You work with both one-off production and small series where each product requires high precision and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• CAM preparation and optimization of programs for CNC machining
