About the Role

You will lead, coordinate, and follow up on welding-related quality matters, ensuring that processes, materials, and methods meet high standards. This role combines operational and strategic responsibilities, offering you a genuine opportunity to influence and develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that requirements and technical prerequisites for welding are met.
• Manage welding-related matters in accordance with ISO 3834 and EN 1090.
• Handle deviations, quality documentation, and corrective actions.
• Train, support, and guide welding personnel.
• Monitor welding procedures, welder qualification records, inspections, and testing.
• Ensure traceability and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About You You are structured, detail-oriented, and responsible. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy sharing your expertise.

• You have several years of experience with welding in the manufacturing industry.
• You possess strong skills in reading technical drawings.
• You have solid knowledge of relevant standards and welding processes.
• You are fluent in Swedish (written and spoken).

Qualifications that Stand Out

• IWS (International Welding Specialist)
• VT certification
• Valid welder qualifications according to EN ISO 9606
