Take the opportunity to work in our team on the palliative care ward! Ward 84 consists of 13 beds for patients aged 18 and above who require specialized palliative care.
ResponsibilitiesYou will work as a nurse close to the patient and their relatives, utilizing and developing your nursing knowledge, medical technical expertise, and pharmaceutical knowledge. The role involves working with various types of access devices, central lines, drains, medication pumps, intrathecal and epidural catheters, as well as comprehensive nursing care. Our focus is to provide the best possible symptom relief and care for patients assessed to have specialized needs. A significant part of our work also involves supporting and assisting relatives. Quality and patient safety work are integral parts of daily operations. Our team consists of nurses, doctors, assistant nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We offer an educational, varied, and stimulating work environment where you as a nurse have great opportunities to develop professionally. QualificationsLicensed nurse (RN). We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as good interpersonal skills, teamwork, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
