CTS Security Solutions AB is a subsidiary based in central Stockholm. Our mission is to provide service and technical solutions to all companies within the CTS Group. We are now looking for a skilled and driven:

Commissioning Engineer – Focus on the Nordics & Europe

In this role, you will play a key part in installing and configuring advanced security systems within some of Europe's most security-critical data centers. Based at our Stockholm office, you can expect frequent travel across the Nordics and Europe as projects require.

Your responsibilities

• Commission physical security systems including access control, video surveillance, perimeter alarms, and biometric solutions
• Install, configure, and test system components on-site at customer locations
• Participate in and document testing procedures
• Troubleshoot and adjust systems to ensure functional and technical requirements are met
• Closely collaborate with project managers, technicians, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to technical documentation, drawings, and handover of systems to the operations team
• Act as the on-site technical contact during installation and handover phases

We are looking for you who can demonstrate a track record of solving problems and taking active ownership of various technical projects. You work independently but also value collaboration, and you take pride in delivering high-quality project completions.

Your background

• Experience with installation and commissioning of security systems or other technical installations
• Strong knowledge of platforms such as Milestone, LenelS2, Axis, Bosch, biometric solutions, or equivalent
• Ability to read drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical installation manuals
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Nice to have

• Certifications within security systems or installation work
• Experience working in data centers or other high-security environments
• Knowledge of networking, IP configuration, and system integration
