About the role

As a Service Advisor, you are the customer’s first point of contact, responsible for receiving customers in person, by phone, and via email. You will provide advice on service and repairs, handle pricing, insurance matters, and invoicing. The role focuses heavily on excellent service and creating a positive customer experience while collaborating closely with the workshop team.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and has a genuine interest in service and building relationships. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Experience in customer service or the automotive service industry
• Experience with workshop administration (advantageous)
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Kobra (advantageous)
• Valid Class B driver’s license (required)

This is a permanent position with an initial probationary period. The location is Bilia Center Auto in Umeå.
