At Bildeve in Helsingborg, we are looking for a dedicated car salesperson to help develop our new Hyundai division. Here, you will work in a modern and inspiring environment where the customer is always at the center.

The Role

Your main responsibility will be to develop both new and existing private and corporate customers. The position focuses on selling new Hyundai vehicles, guiding customers from first contact through to post-sale follow-up. A key factor for your success will be your ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right car accordingly. We want every visit to Bildeve to be a positive experience, and we aim to actively meet our customers' needs with professionalism. Our primary goal is to build long-term customer relationships through a positive and professional approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in customer service, sales, or other service-oriented roles. Experience in proactive/field sales is highly valued, as is previous experience working with Hyundai.

A post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage. You should be proficient with computers, have excellent command of Swedish (both spoken and written), and hold a valid driver’s license.

Personal Attributes

You are engaged, commercially minded, and capable of independently organizing your daily work. You are highly self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced role at a growing, dynamic company. You have experience working toward budget targets in a position with profit-and-loss responsibility.

You have the ability and willingness to find the best solutions for our customers. It goes without saying that you work proactively, create new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. At Bildeve, everything we do is guided by Care, Heart, and Quality – both in our interactions with customers and in how we collaborate internally.

This is a permanent full-time position with a six-month probationary period. Working hours follow a rotating schedule, which includes weekend work.
