Biltema currently offers a wide range of products for the whole family across categories such as Cars/Motorcycles, Boats, Leisure, Home, Office/Tech, Construction, Car Care, and Tools. In total, we market over 19,000 items. Our vision is to make it financially accessible for people to own cars, boats, homes, tools, and high-quality leisure products, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently operates 172 stores across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, with 64 located in Sweden. As a strong brand in exciting growth, we plan to open around 50 new stores in the Nordics over the coming years.

About the role
As a Store Employee at Biltema, you are the most important part of our customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of varied tasks and departments, all driven by customer focus and high service standards. This means you play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves with 19,000 items are well-stocked and properly faced.
Wherever you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers – whether you are restocking products, working at the checkout, assisting in customer service, or serving them at the café. In every customer interaction, you gladly share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a great price. At Biltema, no two days are alike. We welcome taking on tasks and challenges as they arise by finding simple, effective solutions.
This is a permanent position starting with a 6-month probation period. The role is part-time, 30 hours per week.
About you
A customer's time is valuable, and as a Biltema employee, you must be able to listen, understand, and read their needs. We are therefore looking for you who are a true service-oriented person with the customer at heart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you constantly face new challenges. As a person, you enjoy taking initiative, spotting what needs to be done, and keeping things organized. Personal suitability is highly valued, as you must be fluent in both Swedish and English.
Experience from retail, preferably in store operations with cash handling or the hospitality industry, is advantageous. To quickly get up to speed in the role, we appreciate a genuine interest in our product range and categories.
