About the Role

As a store salesperson, you are a vital part of our local team and the face of the company. You meet customers in the store, help them find the right products and solutions, and ensure they receive top-class service.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Sales and advice to customers in the store.
• Order processing and quotation work.
• Manufacturing and assembly of hydraulic hoses.
• Goods receiving, inventory management, and restocking the store.
• Active work to develop customer relationships and create upselling opportunities.
• Collaboration with colleagues to ensure high service levels and efficient workflows.

The position is located in Umeå and involves varied working days where no two days are alike.

Start date: September 2026

Working hours: Mon - Fri 7:00 - 16:00

About You

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy working with people. You have a genuine interest in sales and are motivated by helping customers find the right solution.

We believe you have:

• Experience in sales, preferably from retail or technical trade.
• A good sense of service and customer handling.
• An interest in technology or experience from industry, hydraulics, contracting, or similar operations is an advantage.
• Good computer skills.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and thrive working both independently and together with your colleagues. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a good team spirit.
