We are now looking for two assistant nurses (undersköterskor) for Olandsgården, which is a special housing facility with 53 apartments. There are good transport links from Östhammar and Uppsala, and you will have the chance to work in a cheerful team!

Job Responsibilities

Working in special housing involves providing good care and support in personal care. You will assist with meals, medication, and other daily tasks. You will also support our residents in social activities and in maintaining their interests and habits. We work from a person-centered perspective and place great emphasis on adapting our approach to meet each resident's individual needs. The job also includes documenting interventions based on the implementation plans we have created in accordance with the Social Services Act.

Qualifications

You must have education and training as an assistant nurse. You should have good computer skills for documentation and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. You must also have documented recent experience working as an assistant nurse.
