About Us

SLIQHAQ and UnderCclub are two businesses with a common goal to offer the market's best products and experiences within skincare and lifestyle for both women and men.

SLIQHAQ is an award-winning store and e-commerce in Umeå with over ten years of experience. We offer a carefully selected assortment within skincare, hair care, and perfume, as well as beard care. Our twist is that we also have a watchmaker and sell watches.

UnderCclub is our distribution and agency business where we represent well-known international brands in Sweden and Scandinavia. Some of the brands we work with are Acca Kappa, Mühle, Kent Brushes, and Claus Porto.

Our customers range from small shops and hair salons to companies like Lyko, NK, Boozt, Care of Carl, Trendhim, and Made4men.

We are a small, tight-knit team that likes to think together, make quick decisions, and constantly develop our ways of working. With the help of modern business systems, AI, analytics, and dashboards, we work data-driven and efficiently without losing personal engagement.

About the Role

As the Store Manager, you become the hub of daily operations. You are responsible for the store functioning optimally while also being an important part of our e-commerce team and the operational business behind both SLIQHAQ and UnderCclub.

The tasks are varied and include among other things:

• Responsible for the store's daily operations and customer experience.
• Sales, advice, and customer service.
• Warehouse, deliveries, and inventory management.
• Purchasing, assortment planning, and margin tracking.
• Updating and developing our web shop and digital assortment.
• Planning, structure, and follow-up using business systems, AI, and analytics.
• Contributing to marketing and campaigns.
• Helping develop our routines, processes, and ways of working according to LEAN principles.

You will work closely with the company founders and be involved in building an organization that will continue to grow for many years to come. The role is broad and developmental, meaning you will have the opportunity to learn large parts of the business.

We offer a permanent full-time position (100%) with salary according to agreement. Start date according to agreement, preferably before October 1st.
