Temporary Assistant for a Cheerful Wheelchair User in Almunge

We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are now looking for a temporary assistant for a cheerful and positive wheelchair user in her 60s.

Working Hours

The working hours cover all days:

Day shift: 08:00–20:00
Awake night shift: 19:00–08:00

About the Customer

She needs help with personal care, transfers using a mobile lift, cooking, cleaning, dressing, hair styling, etc. Her interests include shopping, interior design, crafting, as well as spending time with family and friends and her two wonderful cats.

About You

To fit this role, you should:

Have a spark in your eye (be enthusiastic and positive).
Be perceptive and proactive in noticing what needs to be done.
Have a valid driver's license and access to a car, as she lives a bit away from the bus stop in Almunge (approx. 5 km).
Not be allergic to fur-bearing animals.
Be a calm and secure person with self-drive.
Have a strong ability to empathize with others' situations and perspectives.

Experience in healthcare work is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important factor is that the chemistry between you and our customer is right.
