We are looking for a new colleague for Renovation in Halmstad

Do you want to lead exciting construction projects and make a real difference for our customers?

We are now looking for an engaged and experienced project manager who wants to develop the housing of the future together with us.

Make a difference with us

At Riksbyggen, you will have a key role where you drive renovation projects from idea to final delivery. You work closely with customers, consultants, and contractors, and together with your colleagues, you create security throughout the entire process – always with quality, order, and business focus in mind. The projects are varied, ranging from roof replacements, facade renovations, or traditional riser replacements with bathroom renovations to energy and sustainability initiatives.

Contribute with your competence and engagement

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in construction project management or from a leading position at a construction contracting company. You are used to having significant personal responsibility and many contact surfaces. You are knowledgeable and interested in the laws and regulations regarding client responsibility and occupational health and safety coordination. Your knowledge of logistics and building technology is good.

You are quality-conscious and have the ability to handle the overall business picture between you and the customer. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy leading projects forward with energy and engagement. You have a strong ability to organize and structure projects, where your focus on order and clarity contributes to good results. You can communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Experience leading projects from analysis and design to implementation and completion, as well as responsibility for budget and forecasting, is meritorious.

You have knowledge in:

• Occupational Health and Safety BAS-P / BAS-U
• Building Technology
• Project Economics

The position is full-time and requires a driver's license. When you are not out on construction sites, meeting customers, or contractors, you will work from our office in Halmstad together with your colleagues.
