Job Description

As a nursing assistant with us, you will have varied and stimulating tasks. You work closely with both patients and colleagues and have the opportunity to use your full competence in daily work.

The role includes among other things:

• Patient-oriented work and reception duties
• Sampling and assistance during examinations
• Administrative tasks
• Documentation and digital handling in the journal system
• Telephone contact and patient service
• Involvement in improvement and change work

We work actively with the development of the business and are looking for you who want to influence and improve our working methods.

Qualifications

Nursing education with a focus on Health and Medical Care: Courses in Emergency Care 200p (formerly Medical Care 200p) and Medicine 2 100p (Medical Basic Course 100p and Nursing 150p).

• Trained nursing assistant
• Good digital competence and feel confident with digital working methods
• Flexible and enjoy varied tasks
• Professional and warm approach
• Responsible and thrive working both independently and in a team
• Interest in development and change work

Experience from primary care is meritorious, but personal suitability is highly valued.

Karolina Health Center, with just under 10,000 registered patients, is located in the center of Karlskoga and is part of the Primary Care West area.
