About the Role

At Ur&Penn, we combine service with craftsmanship. You will work with the sales of watches and jewelry, as well as performing simple repairs such as battery changes and link adjustments. We work at a fast pace with the customer always in focus. A significant part of your role involves driving daily sales through excellent customer service and upselling.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Register handling (sales, exchanges, and returns).
• Ear and nose piercing (training provided upon starting).
• Visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and campaign changes.
• Inventory management.

This is a permanent position with 16 hours per week and a 6-month probation period. Start date is 2026-08-10. Location: Gothenburg Femman.

Requirements and Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Merits:

• Previous work experience in retail.
• Completed upper secondary education.
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish.
